Design for an experimental micro-restaurant located in an existing building (to be remodeled) in Chippewa Falls Wisconsin. The project envisions a private dining experience between four guests and the head chef Nathan Berg. With only four chairs in the space, the design seeks to maximize the dining experience for all present The project proposes a small addition and the complete reorganization/refinishing of the building to accommodate customers of different abilities (ADA) and to redefine the business. The design turns the focus of the restaurant inward and away from the distractions of the city. A culinary oasis without the pretension of "fine-dining."
