Competiton to design an 800sf (max) accessory dwelling unit located on an existing property in Wellfleet, MA. The unit must be free-standing and address issues of energy consumption and resource conservation. The goal is to create a network of affordable dwelling units located on the lots of exiting houses on the Cape.
